Weddings, Receptions, Reunions, Parties & Banquets

The Golf Club at Timber Trails has a lovely and affordable Banquet Room (2,000 + sq. ft..) which has a warm homey atmosphere, with a beautiful fireplace and dance floor and will accomodate approximately 125 people.  A covered patio extends the width of the back of the room with full length windows that provide a view of the first & tenth tees. The room gives the sense of a "Garden" setting and lends itself to a wide variety of set-up options.

Room rental includes use of the kitchen (not for cooking) for preparation and we provide the tables and chairs for up to 70.  You may bring in your own caterer or cater your event yourself. You are expected to leave the rooms in a clean and acceptable condition unless you choose to have us do the clean up for an additional $100 charge.  You may begin set up as early as 7:30 a.m. for a Saturday event. There is an additional charge of $100 if you wish to set up the evening before, provided the room is available.  Please call Paula at 640-4030 for additional information and pricing. A 50% deposit is required to hold the room for an event
